Imagine a winter coat. When it's below zero outside can we survive without a winter coat? We absolutely can't! A winter coat is a VITAL part of our winter wardrobe, and we can't wear just any coat! We need it to be insulated, wind proof, and water resistant. The goal is to be fully prepared for the harsh climate.

So let's think about this in the context of leadership. Leaders also need specific attire to be fully prepared in their role. The attire for leaders are character traits that help them win. The goal is to be intentional, so as you grow, these character traits become a “coat” your brain can never leave home without.
